THE INFLUENCE ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND WORK-LIFE BALANCE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH HAPPINESS AT WORK AS MEDIATION VARIABLE

This study discusses the influence of Organizational Climate and Work-life Balance on Employee Performance through Happiness at Work as Mediation Variable Sinduadi Village office. The number samples in this were 105 employees. data collection technique for sampling used simple random by applying questionnaire method. analytical method Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed AMOS 22 program. results indicate that has positive effect but is not significant Performance, a Work, Employees Work.
